We are delighted to have supported the work of 3H Helping Hands for Holidays - a charity founded 40 years ago which helps physically disabled people to enjoy much needed holidays.
OUR SUCCESS STORIES
Dear Colin, I am pleased to report that the project to refurbish the pavilion is substantially complete. Once the rest of the village hall had benefitted from our major expansion and refurbishment programme (which you generously assisted), the derelict pavilion was even more of an eyesore. The new pavilion has drawn favourable comments both for the improvements to the aesthetics of the Village Hall and recreation area, and for the added amenity it offers. The pavilion is now a comfortable community space with views across the recreation ground and woodland, and bookings are already picking up: this includes a new Youth Club which replaces the one which regrettably closed down a few years ago. The Village Hall Management Committee would like to thank the Cantiacorum Foundation for its generous support, which is recognised on the Benefactors Board as photographed. Best regards, David Reece
