21 Together is a registered charity supporting the Down’s syndrome community in Kent through support, awareness, training, and direct intervention. Each year we hold a celebration event to mark World Down’s Syndrome Day for the community. Families are invited to attend a fun-filled day with lots of activities for the whole family to enjoy. World Down’s Syndrome Day helps raise awareness of the challenges faced by people with Down’s syndrome; helping them to participate in daily activities so they can live full lives and play a vital role in their community. With the support of funding from Cantiacorum, this year’s event included, a games bus, messy play, sensory theatre show, a magician, arts and crafts, a lunch spread and more!
